Pre-Shipment Preparation

Airport Delivery Process

- Pickup: Meet your kitten at the designated airport cargo center or airline counter with valid ID.
Door-to-Door Delivery Process
- Ground Transport: Your kitten travels in a trusted, climate-controlled pet transport vehicle.
- Tracking Updates: You receive real-time tracking and estimated arrival times.
- Home Delivery: Your kitten is personally delivered to your door. Please ensure someone is home to receive them.
